Mindful Prayers is a physical tear-off calendar containing daily reflections, affirmations and prompts for personal growth and self-reflection.
Each calendar is carefully inspected before shipping. Minor variations in colour, printing and packaging may occur and do not constitute a defect.
PRE-ORDERS
If a product is offered as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Customers residing in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you wish to return your order, please contact us via Instagram @mindfulprayersdaily or email mindfulprayers(at)ninaraasch.com within 14 days of receiving your order before sending any item back. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Products that show signs of use, removed pages, writing, folding, markings or any other alteration may affect eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible through a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
SHIPPING
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Mindful Prayers is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures or events outside our reasonable control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes or local fees, any return shipping costs, customs charges and associated expenses may be deducted from any refund.

All content contained within Mindful Prayers, including but not limited to text, design, illustrations, photography and branding, remains the intellectual property of Nina Raasch and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
